You will need to pass a telephone interview to be invited to a meta-morphose assessment and selection day - if you are successful then the rest of the hard work is down to us!

What is the telephone interview about?

The telephone interview is our chance to learn more about you and also appreciate if you have the innate qualities our clients are looking for You don't need sales experience and while being a graduate can be advantageous, it is not a requirement - what we look for is a great attitude, and the passion and determination to succeed in a career in business to business sales.

What happens after the telephone interview?

If you have the qualities we are looking for, you will be invited to a assessment and selection day held at our head office. More details Will be given to you before you attend but the day is about understanding how you perform in typical sales and team environments - don't worry, we wont get you to sing or expect you to do anything embarrassing - our intention is to get the best out of you and we know we can only do this if you are as relaxed as possible (as much as you can be when you know you are being assessed!).

What happens after the assessment day?

A member of the meta-morphose Resourcing team will be assigned to work with you in order to match your requirements with one of our clients - making sure you get the graduate sales job you want and the beginning of a great sales career.

Once you are placed in your ideal sales job, the meta-morphose graduate sales training and coaching support begins!
